When water is used in heat exchangers, turbine condensers, or evaporators, effective protection against coarse debris is indispensable. For large cooling water systems with a high or highly variable debris load. The key parameter here is the ability to remove as much debris as possible as quickly as possible (high performance ratio). Backwashing is controlled via differential pressure using the lowest possible backwash flows.
- Fine filtration
For applications with small gap widths or stricter water quality requirements. Filter finenesses down to the micrometer range provide reliable protection for sensitive components, including for plate-type heat exchangers and in the pretreatment stage in membrane technology systems.
