More than 60 service technicians at 10 locations worldwide are there to support you with scheduled maintenance and in an emergency. In the process, we apply the experience gained from over 18,000 Taprogge installations in more than 100 countries. You can either have our systems delivered and install them yourself or have them installed by us as turnkey solutions – including with installation supervision and commissioning. This ensures that they run with optimal parameters right from the start. We also handle recommissioning following overhauls or conversion work.

Inspection
Our specialists will inspect both the Taprogge System and the heat exchanger. The combination of both perspectives provides a full picture: We identify optimization potential in ball circulation as well as fouling, corrosion, or dead spaces in water chambers and pipes. The result of the inspection is a detailed report with specific recommendations.
Maintenance and overhaul
Scheduled maintenance as per the operating manual extends the service life of your plant and ensures efficient operation. We carry out maintenance and overhaul work on site or at our factory – depending on your requirements.
Repairs
Experience counts in the event of a fault. Our technicians systematically diagnose faults and remedy them effectively. We only use OEM spare parts for this, while drawing on our extensive expertise.

Be it pressure loss, irregular ball circulation, clogged strainers, or declining cleaning performance, our specialists have the right equipment and expert knowledge to methodically identify and solve the problem.
Ball replacement service and intensive cleaning with corundum balls
Ball replacement service
The Cleaning Balls are the key tool in the Taprogge System. Replacing the balls at regular intervals and monitoring the wear pattern are crucial for maintaining cleaning performance. We will take care of the entire process for you, while providing you with valuable insights into the state of your heat exchanger based on the wear pattern.
Intensive cleaning with corundum balls
Hard, calcareous deposits (e.g. caused by barnacles), biofouling, or corrosion products cannot usually be removed with standard Cleaning Balls. This is where our corundum balls come in. They remove stubborn deposits, smooth the tube surface, and provide the basis for an effective protective layer to form. For copper alloy tubes, we individually tailor their use beforehand in order to prevent material damage. On top of all that, we also give location-specific recommendations for the cleaning concept.

Our emergency service with 10 service centers around the world coordinates deployment and ensures that your system can be put back into operation as quickly as possible.
